Dr. Bhupal B. Chaugule is a distinguished academic and one of India's leading experts in freshwater and marine algal biotechnology, bringing over 45 years of research experience and 37 years of dedicated university teaching to his role as Advisor at RNV Biotech.

He served as Professor and Head, Department of Botany at the University of Pune, where he led pioneering work in algal taxonomy, hydrobiology, algal cultivation, and biomass applications.
